Fertilization
Texas soil makeups can be challenging and can change from one street to the next and sometimes from one yard to the next. That is why we recommend a soil test to see where your yards stands in the nutrition department. within one block and one yard to the next.
Southern Lawns Can Consume a Lot of Food
Warm season grass require anywhere from 4 to 6 pounds of nitrogen per year to look its best and be healthy. Nitrogen is what your grass uses the most and that amount changes throughout the year. Besides nitrogen, it also needs a good balance of phosphorus and potassium along with micronutrients. After proper testing, we will give you recommendations for a fertilization protocol that will give your lawn what it needs. We can manage that for you or you can do it yourself.

Shrubs and Trees Get Hungry Too!
Shrubs and trees are a very important part of your yard and many times get overlooked. Most home builders use plants that are the most readily available. Many times they are placed in a soil or location that they are not suited for. Not all trees and shrubs require the same fertilizer and soil conditions. Some use more nitrogen or phosporous and they might require a more alkaline or acidic soil. We can make recommendations and sometimes corrections for you to get optimal growth out of your shrubs and trees.
